By downloading, accessing, or using the Receipt Siamna mobile application or this website (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms are in addition to the terms of the Apple App Store and Google Play, which also apply to your use of the app.

Receipt Siamna provides tools to create, customize, and share receipts and invoices directly on your device. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including business details, amounts, and tax calculations, and for any documents you generate and send.

The Service does not require you to create an account or sign in. Your content and settings are stored on your device and are under your control. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and for backing up or exporting any documents you wish to keep, as uninstalling the app may remove data stored on your device.

Receipt Siamna is free to download and includes core features. You may unlock the Pro version through a one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to the Pro features on the platform where the purchase was made. This is not a recurring subscription; you will not be billed on an ongoing basis for Pro access.

All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your purchase may be restored on the same store account using the store’s “Restore Purchases” functionality. “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the app and does not guarantee availability beyond the period the Service is offered.

Because purchases are handled by the app stores, all refund requests are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please contact the relevant store directly to request a refund.

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Mizomade and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create remains yours; we do not claim ownership of the receipts, invoices, or business information you produce.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Receipt Siamna is a document-creation tool and does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for ensuring your documents meet applicable requirements in your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mizomade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because your data is stored on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
